
Cocoa Beach Hit Songwriter Fest, Oct 17–19, 2025
Hear the stories behind the hits. For three days, Nashville’s top songwriters and singer-songwriters take over Downtown Cocoa Beach with live sets, Q&As, and a Saturday night marquee concert. Most shows are free and happen inside your favorite local venues — with a big kickoff on the Green Friday night.

5:30 pm — Friday Fest Kick-Off Party on the Downtown Cocoa Beach Green.
6:00–8:00 pm — Shows across The Office, Hunker Down, The Alibi, Destination Downtown Food Hall, and Johnathan’s Pub.
8:15–10:00 pm — Back on the Green for evening performances.
